A thoughtful, encouraging 3-session coaching series designed for K–5 teachers who want to troubleshoot challenges, refine their practice, and finish the day with more peace and energy.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Free, no-commitment consultation so I can listen to your concerns
  • Three ordinary classroom videos submitted across 3–5 weeks
  • I review each video, take notes, and prepare individualized feedback
  • We meet for three 1:1 Zoom coaching sessions (45 minutes each)
  • Light between-session support via email for the duration of the series

During your coaching call, we’ll discuss:

  • What’s working and what’s getting in the way
  • A high-leverage action step to improve your teaching
  • Reflective questions for you to consider as you watch the video of your teaching
